Be aware to inspect the sales contract, if seller mentioned, not means going to include it in the contract. Anyway have a very limited inventory, not even the cars in the webpage.

I took my truck in for warranty work, they go to take my wheels off and snap one of my lug nuts in half leaving me to deal with how to get the wheel off. They will not take responsibility or help with getting it fixed. Very disappointed in ford and how they handled the situation. I’ve talked with other dealerships and all are telling me if they broke it they would fix it.

BEWARE! THEY SELL LEMONS! Purchased a used vehicle from Hilbish Ford in October in "As-Is" condition, only to discover the transmission is dead. Had our personal mechanic inspect it and he confirmed there is NO WAY Hilbish did not know about this problem. This was NOT disclosed in any way when we purchased the car. 0 Stars. Day 1: Broke Door Panel Control removing it (didn't tell me) Claimed Door Panel Control needed replacing. Day 2: Put new door panel Control in....couldn't get it to work either. Couldn't take the time over 2 days to truly diagnose, so TEN DAYS LATER I take it back for appointment and was told the tech was sick. Took car home, tore off door panel, put in new Control myself....Took me 30 min. The only problem was TWO WIRES were crossed. That simple. Service here is out to lunch. READ the negative reviews.....the theme is always the same.

Went to Hilbish Ford because turning signals was not working, with them NOT checking things out, I was told I needed a new all purpose control arm at the cost of 260.00 dollars and a total cost of 451.00 dollars installed, bought the same arm on amazon for 42.00 dollars, took my vehicle somewhere else, had it installed and had the relay changed for 92.00 dollars, So 92.00 vs. 451.00 wow I saved 359.00 dollars. Had what they call 'The Works' performed on my Chevrolet Avalanche. The work included a $10 mail in rebate. So I submitted ALL information according to what they required. They accepted the rebate. Couple weeks later they claim the receipt from the dealership does not match their records. This must happen a lot because when you submit the information they tell you that if there are problems matching records, they require you to drive back down to dealership and get more records costing me more time than I want to devote for $10. They don't tell you about fees until it's already been done. They made me pay for labor that wasn't done. They tried to make me pay for a part that was wrong on the car that they put on. Took way too long to get a part and then wouldn't give any kind of compromise on it because I no longer had the car.

Stopped by to look at a used Expedition Limited, and ended up taking it home. The experience was as smooth as could be. They made an offer on my trade I countered and we came to an agreement. All negotiations were handled by Charlie. No shuffling in and out to the sales manger, or finance people. Everybody we dealt with were awesome. I took my car in for a repair at this dealership and came out with a $1700 repair. This dealership is untrustworthy and lack of responsibility. The General Manger was arrogant and took no responsibility for the issue that they caused. DO NOT trust this dealer for anything. In fact, having to fix my car through comprehensive insurance, I'm getting the local news station involved. They never answered any emails or BBB even though they knew if they were with the BBB they would have a "NO STAR" rating.

had a water leak never fixed after 6 or 7 times at the dealership.after like 4 or 5 months I had aftermarket speakers put in the front after that time that they blamed it on the door speakers being installed improperly.the leak was there before speakers were installed.car has 3500 miles and has leaked sense I purchased it.they say they can't fix it because it has aftermarket door speakers.

This dealership has cars listed on Craigslist with a message 'Call dealership for pricing". So we did. The price we were quoted was $2000 less than the actual price. And the actual price was more than twice what the Kelley blue book value said we should "expect to pay a dealer" for the car in question. I took my vehicle in for service and received the worst customer service experience ever since i started bringing my car in. What happened to the personalized service that I used to receive? Or is that reserved only for customers who know an employee or spend a lot of money with you? The service manager was rude and short and treated me like my concerns didn't matter when i spoke to him and it took them ALL day to finish my car. Needless to say, my next car will NOT be a FORD.

as car buying can go this was a nice departure from typical sale. I have bough from many dealerships and from this one many times. People were helpful but not overbearing and didn't throw a lot of bs your way. Pretty straightforward. Mike (i think) in finance was a straight shooter and didn't waste my time. Ordering/Buying process went very smoothly. We actually went to three other Ford dealerships before deciding to purchase our vehicle at Hilbish (we also purchased our last Explorer at Hilbish as well). Only issue we had was that the brand new Explorer we ordered had some scratches on the hood. A bit disappointing to park it in the garage and see that right away. But we called Dennis and he told us to bring it in as soon as possible and they would try to buff the scratches out.

Hilbish Ford in Kannapolis, NC has been my dealer of choice since it opened in 1955. Specifically, I have purchased or leased every Ford vehicle through Bill Overcash, who has been with Hilbish from it's beginning. The list includes 1-F100, 1-Ranger, 3-F150s, 1-Torino, 1-Pinto, 1-Mercury, 3-Mustangs, 2-Thunderbirds, 2-LTDs, 2-Crown Vics, 4-Town Cars. All except '68 Mustang, were new. Before, there were 4 other Fords from the 50's. Hilbish's service personnel know me, treat me courteously and provide quality work.

My wife's Freestyle was due for it's second 50,000 mile CVT transmission service.
Not all dealers have the proper fluids and equipment to work on the CVT because so few were produced. Ford/ZF Friedrichshafen stopped production of the CFT30 and CFT23 transmissions after 2007.
We just happened to be in North Carolina, 750 miles from home and I figured we'd wait until we got back to Northern PA for service. I was scared to go to a big dealership like Hilbish Ford, seems like they try and force you into buying, but NOT these guys. They were so nice and pleasant the entire time. Mr. Dunlap and his team were very helpful. I walked in just asking questions and they were able to put me in a 2003 Ford Windstar SE. We had a very good experience buying our 2011 Ford Mustang GT Premium!
