Purchased a new escape from Hilbish ford what a excellent experience! I did all paperwork online as I live 4 hours away, Little Washington NC. I was able to come in and literally sign and drive! Will recommend to friends any others looking for a new vehicle!

Very pleased with the experience of buying my 2017 Ford Escape with Hilbish Ford.The sales person did not rush out to greet us as soon as we got of the car so this allowed me to look over all the used cars on the lot and by time I did that I was greeted by a very nice friendly salesman(Nick Corpening) that ask to help me. We took it for a test drive while Nick explained things to me and asking me what I had in mind to purchase. He helped me through the process of purchasing the vehicle.Then I met Andy in finance and he walked me through the financing process. I am very impressed with the service that I received and the fact jjthat Nick was not at all pushy but listened to what I was lookinf for. Hilbish Ford has certainly improved on customer service from years agp.

Be aware to inspect the sales contract, if seller mentioned, not means going to include it in the contract. Anyway have a very limited inventory, not even the cars in the webpage.

I took my truck in for warranty work, they go to take my wheels off and snap one of my lug nuts in half leaving me to deal with how to get the wheel off. They will not take responsibility or help with getting it fixed. Very disappointed in ford and how they handled the situation. I’ve talked with other dealerships and all are telling me if they broke it they would fix it.

Awful Company purchased a truck finance manager put a 535 maintenance package on the contract without my ok never found out until 30 days later called in to cancel an get my money back said not a problem an still 8 months later finally receive a check for 380 less than what I was suppose to get saying I have to pay a cancellation fee of 125$ for something I never agree for family owned company but they won’t return any calls bad bad dealer would stay away from people like this . Would never do business with or want anyone else to have to pay for something they didn’t want so check all paperwork before leaving this bad business
