May 26 update regarding our 2019 Ford Edge Titanium experience with Hilbish Ford and Ford Customer Care. After opening Ford Customer Care case #CXH-08017492-P1H0G4, we were advised the dealership and Ford were supposedly communicating regarding the diagnosis and repair recommendation. However, no meaningful follow-up was provided. When contacting Ford Customer Care again, we were quoted over $3,500 in repairs, yet no documentation or explanation was provided showing: * whether TSB 21-2389 or TSB 19-2331 were reviewed, * whether PCM/TCM software updates were checked, * whether adaptive relearn procedures were performed, * or whether less invasive correction steps were attempted before recommending major mechanical repairs. The dealership directed us to Ford Customer Care, while Ford Customer Care directed us back to the dealership. As a customer, this back-and-forth without technical transparency is extremely frustrating. At approximately 59,000 miles, we expected a clearer diagnostic explanation and evidence supporting such significant repair costs before being advised to authorize major transmission-related repairs. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, technical detail, and ownership of the issue.
I went in with a shift solenoid on a f150 4x4 hade 99,000 miles they said it needed a replacement transmission , installed reman. ford 8/12/25 $ 8,000.00 ,at 99,456 a miles down with transmission bad shift solenoids without truck for 2 days , 99,794 down for 10 days without truck said stuck piston in transmission , back with Transmission down 1/23/26 with 100,0992 miles replacing discs and pump for a 1/23/26 repair without truck for 3 weeks and then requested vehicle which did give till 2/25/26 for my truck pickup , i have now a truck with 101.250 miles with delayed shift , hard shift dealer said check back in 10 days to see if they can check it . is it the dealership or is this the parts that Ford are now using in their products???

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T COMPLETE YOUR CONTRACT! I Called today to see why my lender Navy Federal credit union has not received LIEN RELEASE! They are going to raise my interest rate if they don't receive it soon! I was told they were trying to get ahold of me! Really? I bought this escape in Feb 2025, and thIs the first contact I have had with them! So HILBISH FORD ALSO LIES TO YOU ABOUT CONTACTING YOU! HILBISH FORD claims they need the REGISTRATION FROM TRADE IN, which I included in the paperwork! THEY LOST IT AND I AM SUPPOSED TO REPLACE IT? NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Very pleased with the experience of buying my 2017 Ford Escape with Hilbish Ford.The sales person did not rush out to greet us as soon as we got of the car so this allowed me to look over all the used cars on the lot and by time I did that I was greeted by a very nice friendly salesman(Nick Corpening) that ask to help me. We took it for a test drive while Nick explained things to me and asking me what I had in mind to purchase. He helped me through the process of purchasing the vehicle.Then I met Andy in finance and he walked me through the financing process. I am very impressed with the service that I received and the fact jjthat Nick was not at all pushy but listened to what I was lookinf for. Hilbish Ford has certainly improved on customer service from years agp.
Be aware to inspect the sales contract, if seller mentioned, not means going to include it in the contract. Anyway have a very limited inventory, not even the cars in the webpage.
I took my truck in for warranty work, they go to take my wheels off and snap one of my lug nuts in half leaving me to deal with how to get the wheel off. They will not take responsibility or help with getting it fixed. Very disappointed in ford and how they handled the situation. I’ve talked with other dealerships and all are telling me if they broke it they would fix it.
